Quick, easy and fit is all we need. Sometimes it takes really only few seconds to create full of good nutrients snack or meal. Get yourself into the habit of nutritional value need. Why sprouts?

hand full fresh organic baby tomatoes

fresh hand full scallion chopped

2 tbs capers

hand full any sprouts
-
had full black olives
-
hand full red olives

hand full fresh parsley

3 tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil

pinch Himalayan Salt

Pinch Ground Pepper
Cut tomatoes on half. Add all rest ingredients into the bowl. Sprinkle well with Olive Oil. If you need add more Oil, salt and Pepper.
This salad is anytime snack/meal as it is composed mainly from tomatoes, what means we mainly consume water here. Great for hot summer days 🙂
