Banana Pancakes Vegetarian – Gluten free

Quick, healthy and yummy . What about another fit and sweet proposition to go ? Prepare it in less than 15 minutes and enjoy sweet taste with no guilt.

Banana Pancake is perfect as a before workout snack / meal . It will boost your energy levels up, releasing demanded energy for the training or activity.

You can safely eat it up to 30 minutes before the activity , no mater what time it is.

It is suitable for adults and kids as a regular healthy treat in case of sugar cravings.

Avoid it if you are Diabetic or you got significant cortisol fluctuations.

What do you need to make it? (3 pancakes)

  • 1 raw banana

  • 2 medium eggs

  • 4 table spoons Rice Oats

  • pinch Himalayan Salt

  • Coconut Oil

In the bowl mash the banana using fork, add eggs and stir in, mixing the ingredients, add oats and salt , mixing again. Preheat the sauce pan with coconut oil, form the pancakes using wooden spoon. Fry on each side for about 2-4 minutes on medium heat.

You can eat it on its own, with homemade jam or fresh fruit. You can add homemade chocolate syrup on the top too.

Chocolate Coating : (1 serving)

  • aprox 2 tbs natural butter

  • aprox 1 tbs coconut palm sugar

  • aprox 3 tbs natural cocoa powder

  • aprox 1 tbs water

Preheat water in the bowl, throw in coconut palm sugar and wait to dissolve. Take of the heat, throw in butter and wait to dissolve ( keep it on medium heat) . Stirring all the time using whipping spoon, throw in cocoa powder, slowly , one after the other, mixing all the time . Keep Stirring until the chocolate mousse is ready and tick. If you need add more cocoa or sugar.
