Beetroot Immune Booster

I have mentioned few times before about beetroot and red cabbage nutritional facts. Here we got another sweet option of beetroot – cabbage drink, boosted additionally with minerals of Himalayan Salt and nutrients from Bee Pollen.

  • 1 organic apple

  • 1/4 organic medium red cabbage

  • 2 small organic beets

  • 1 organic celery stick

  • pinch Himalayan Salt

  • 1 tbs Bee Pollen

  • tbs linseed oil

Juice the fruit and vegetable in the juicer. Add salt and pollen, stirring well together. I recommend to crush the salt and pollen before, using a mortar.
