My name is Ewa and I am Polish #fitfreak born at the beautiful mountains which made me moving most of the time. I was grown as a lucky kid having always choice of walking, running, biking, swimming or hiking. There was no such a word as fitness that time. We just liked to be active. I remember my Mum taking me for the first Fitness Event when I was about 16. That took me over. Mountains made me fall in love into snowboarding. Since than I can not stop doing it.
My passion made me become a Certified Personal Trainer to help people get infected by healthy and active lifestyle. I am certified Gym Trainer and Fitness Group Instructor, Dance Choreography and Exercise to Music Instructor, Body Conditioning, Rip 60 and Kettle Bell Instructor, Pilates, Indoor Cycling, Circuit Training, Core & Isometrics Instructor, Foam Rolling & Stretching Instructor, Personal Nutrition, Sport Nutrition Adviser and Snowboard Instructor. I have been working in Fitness, Leisure and Recreational Industry since many years. My knowledge and experience obtained through sport and nutritional education and many years of practice is a reason to share it. That makes me never stop learning, studying all researches related to Fitness Industry, taking part in many Courses, Fitness Workshops and International Conventions every year. Being health curious is getting me new skills and experience. I have experienced most of good and bad from fitness what made me confident in stepping forward. This is my life, my passion, my job. Each day brings something new and it never ends.
I am here to teach as many of you as possible how important HEALTH is and how to improve it through properly created fitness workouts, healthy food choices, tips to follow and many more.
